Last Updated: 31st July, 2026

INTRODUCTION

  1. This Warranty and Defect Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms applicable to Products purchased from the SYDLENE website, mobile application, online store and other digital platforms (“Platform”) operated by Pryolt Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “SYDLENE”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

  2. SYDLENE is committed to providing customers with Products that meet reasonable quality standards. Considering the nature of lingerie, intimate apparel and personal-use accessories, Products may not be subject to a traditional warranty period unless specifically mentioned on the relevant Product page or communicated separately.

  3. This Policy forms an integral part of SYDLENE’s Terms & Conditions and Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

NO GENERAL PRODUCT WARRANTY

  1. Unless expressly stated otherwise, SYDLENE Products do not carry any unconditional warranty, guarantee or assurance regarding lifetime durability, fit, comfort, appearance, performance or suitability for every individual customer.

  2. The expected life, appearance and performance of Products may vary depending upon: frequency of use; method of washing and care; storage conditions; body characteristics; manner of use; exposure to heat, chemicals or moisture; and compliance with Product care instructions.

  3. Customers are advised to carefully review Product descriptions, size guides and care instructions before purchase and use.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

  1. SYDLENE may consider claims relating to genuine manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery or arising due to manufacturing issues.

  2. A manufacturing defect may include issues such as: defective stitching; manufacturing-related damage; faulty closures, hooks, straps or components; material defects affecting normal use; or other defects attributable to the manufacturing process.

  3. Minor variations arising from fabric characteristics, colour differences, stitching patterns, dye lots or reasonable manufacturing tolerances shall not be considered defects.

REPORTING A DEFECT

  1. Customers should inspect Products upon delivery and report any suspected defect within ____ days from the date of delivery.

  2. To enable verification, Customers may be required to provide: Order number; registered contact details; photographs or videos showing the issue; description of the defect; and any other information reasonably requested by SYDLENE.

  3. The Company may conduct an inspection or request additional details before approving a defect claim.

  4. Failure to report an issue within the specified period may affect the Company’s ability to verify the claim; however, this shall not affect any rights available to Customers under applicable law.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

  1. Where a Product is found to be defective, damaged before delivery, incorrect or materially different from the Order due to an error by SYDLENE, the Company shall take reasonable steps to resolve the issue.

  2. In case of a damaged, defective or incorrect product, the customer must report it within 3 days of delivery.

  3. Depending upon the circumstances and Product availability, the Company may provide one or more of the following remedies: replacement of the Product; exchange for another eligible Product; refund of the applicable amount; delivery of the missing or correct Product; or any other appropriate resolution.
  4. The final resolution may depend upon Product availability, nature of the defect and applicable circumstances.

EXCLUSIONS FROM DEFECT CLAIMS

  1. A Product shall generally not be considered defective where the issue arises due to: normal wear and tear; incorrect size selection by the Customer; personal preference regarding fit, comfort, support or appearance; improper washing, drying, ironing or storage; use of unsuitable chemicals or cleaning products; misuse, negligence or accidental damage; alteration or modification of the Product; failure to follow care instructions; damage caused after delivery due to Customer handling; adhesive loss or reduced effectiveness caused by repeated use or improper care of adhesive Products; or any issue arising due to natural variation in fabrics, colours or materials.

  2. For hygiene and safety reasons, Products that have been worn, washed, altered or used may not be eligible for defect assessment unless the defect itself makes such use unavoidable or the Company otherwise agrees.

ADHESIVE PRODUCTS AND ACCESSORIES

  1. For Products such as adhesive bras, nipple covers, pasties, silicone lifts, tapes and similar accessories, performance may vary depending upon: skin type; skin preparation; body movement; humidity; duration of use; storage conditions; and following the instructions provided with the Product.

  2. Loss of adhesion, reduced stickiness or performance issues arising from repeated use, improper handling, unsuitable skin conditions or failure to follow instructions shall generally not be treated as manufacturing defects.

QUALITY CHECK AND VERIFICATION

  1. All defect claims shall be subject to verification by SYDLENE.

  2. The Company may reject a defect claim where: the issue is not attributable to a manufacturing defect; the Product has been misused or damaged after delivery; the Product does not match the details provided by the Customer; insufficient information has been provided for verification; or the claim appears fraudulent or inconsistent with the Product condition.

  3. The Company shall communicate the outcome of the verification process to the Customer.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

  1. Nothing contained in this Policy shall limit or exclude any rights or remedies available to Customers under applicable consumer protection laws or other applicable legislation.

  2. Where a Product is defective, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise covered by mandatory legal protections, the Company shall address the matter in accordance with applicable law.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

  1. SYDLENE reserves the right to modify or update this Warranty and Defect Policy from time to time to reflect changes in Products, business practices, customer-service procedures or applicable law.

  2. Any updated Policy shall be published on the Platform along with the revised “Last Updated” date.
